Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is sold and honoured by Delvir Limited Liability Co., a Wyoming limited liability company.

This is a pre-order. RosterClerk is not available yet. It is in development. You are reserving a founding place at $149, one charge that covers your first year. The price after launch is $590 for the year, or $99 a month billed monthly.

Your founding place renews once a year, never once a month. One year after you pay, and every year after that, this card is charged $390 — your founding rate, held for you for as long as your place stays active, against $590 at list. We email you thirty days before every renewal, and that email has a cancel link in it: one click, no call, no form, no reason needed. You can cancel any time, and you keep the year you paid for.

Full refund, any time before launch and for thirty days after. One email to team@delvir.co — no call, no form, no reason needed.

If RosterClerk has not launched by 31 March 2027, every pre-order is refunded in full, automatically, without you asking.

Renewals

A renewal charge is not a pre-order, so the pre-order refund promise above does not cover it. What covers it instead is notice and control: we email you thirty days before every renewal and again three days before it, each email carries a one-click cancel link, and cancelling before the date means nothing is charged at all. If a renewal charge lands that you had already cancelled, or that you never agreed to, email team@delvir.co and we refund it in full — no call, no form, no reason needed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

A refund ends the founding place and everything that came with it on the day it is issued. We do not need a reason, we do not ask you to complete a form, and we never route a refund request to a retention call.
